ATM Manager Pro - Event Management
Handling events that affect ATMs
Event Management enables users to open, assign, and track location-specific events including service, move-add-change tickets, upgrades, installations, and other user-defined events. Linked events and multiple step events can be supported. Each event contains notes and time stamps to track the history of the ticket. Reports by event and event type can be generated, and a supply inventory and order utility can be used to manage the flow of supplies to deposit at each location. New terminal deployments, upgrades, and service calls are often managed separately with limited reporting to the automatic teller machine channel management team. This module changes that by seamlessly linking the history of every location-specific open event. This module is also extremely beneficial for multipart events such as installations since it allows users to define the event-specific steps, schedule each step, assign the required tickets to specific individuals, and track the completion of individual tasks and the entire event. The Event Management module automates a tedious but necessary component of ATM channel management.
