Synergy ID Scan – Automated card scanning solution

Synergy ID Scan automates the capture of ID card images and text, and provides easy data extraction and indexing capabilities. This innovative solution is an addition to the ProfitStars® Synergy Enterprise Content Management suite which simplifies business processes and automates workflow. Using sheet-fed and flatbed scanners that are supported by the Card Scanner Solutions’ (CSSN) Scanshell interface, operators can scan a variety of personal cards such as driver’s licenses, identity cards, passports, medical cards, green cards, and more. This solution uses automatic page-feed to capture the image and populate the Synergy application, and then Synergy extracts data from the card which can be edited and indexed. This solution provides extensive archival capabilities and export capabilities, making it a comprehensive and intuitive document management solution.
