Amy Aldrich is a Product Specialist with Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., specializing in internet banking, bill pay, and mobile banking products. Prior to joining Jack Henry 5 ½ years ago, Amy worked in commercial lending, new business development, and as a staff accountant at a community bank in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been active in the banking industry for over ten years. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Tammy Bangs has over 16 years of experience in a variety of roles at JHA, including Installation, Customer Relationship Management, and both Retail and Risk Sales expertise. She travels from coast to coast delivering educational thought leadership material to bankers and CUs about how to best mitigate risk. Prior to joining JHA, Tammy worked in a variety of customer facing jobs in community banks for about 10 years. Tammy’s unique blend of banking expertise and enthusiasm makes her an in-demand speaker at JHA and industry related events. Tammy is based in the Denver area and graduated with a BA in Music from Evangel University in 1995.
Karen Crumbley is a Product Manager within the IT Regulatory Compliance department of Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars Solution. Karen boasts over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Her key duties at Gladiator include providing consulting assistance to financial institution clients concerning regulatory compliance initiatives and information security awareness training.
Brad Dahlman is responsible for product management,
implementation, and support of profitability and pricing solutions within
Profitstars. This includes branch, product, customer profitability, and loan
and deposit pricing. In this role, he has broad responsibility for product
direction, implementation, consulting, and support.
He has 20 years of experience in mid-sized financial
institutions; working in finance, audit operations, and technology. His last
three positions prior to joining Profitstars were SVP-Operations and Technology
positions at mid-sized community banks in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
Brad was a founder of the Relationship Profitability
Management (RPM) product, which Profitstars purchased in 2005. Since joining
Profitstars that year, his role has expanded to include all profitability and
pricing solutions. He has personally been involved with the installation of
these products at over 100 institutions.
Mark Messick is the Director of ProfitStars’ Commercial Lending Center Suite™, a solution that has had substantial growth recently. The Suite is the end-to end solution for handling every aspect of commercial lending...from initial application to final payoff, dramatically improving the borrower experience, and boosting financial institution productivity.
Mark has also worked closely with ProfitStars' LendingNetwork® for years, which provides alternative options for loan requests that financial institutions cannot or will not approve. In 2008, he worked directly with business owners as a trusted advisor to find working capital solutions through community-based financial institutions across the country. He began his career in finance and banking in 1993 with Union Planters Bank.
Mark, his wife Alicia, and their five children call Nashville, Tennessee home. Kevin Moland is Director of Product Strategy for the Enterprise Payment Solutions division of Jack Henry and Associates, where he brings to bear more than three decades of experience designing online and mobile financial solutions. Since joining the financial software industry in the early 1990’s, Kevin has been a key player in the digital services revolution, providing product direction and design oversight for some of the nation’s premier digital banking and commercial payments vendors. Kevin is a featured speaker at conferences, seminars, and user group meetings, and he has served as an adjunct faculty member for numerous banking schools, including SMU’s Southwest Graduate School of Banking. His informal style and keen story-telling skills make him a sought-after speaker, teacher and host.
Deborah Phillips is the Managing Director of Payments Strategies at Jack Henry & Associates. Deborah combines her expertise in payments industry issues, compliance, marketplace intelligence, product management and marketing to drive strategy and innovation.
Deborah was the visionary behind SmartSight®, an interactive business intelligence tool designed to help financial institutions mitigate risk. This innovative solution was the 2013 recipient of NACHA’s prestigious Kevin O’Brien ACH Quality Award.
Deborah has been actively involved in various industry councils, including serving as Chair of the NACHA Internet Council, and is currently a member of the Payment Innovation Alliance Advisory Committee for Consumer Payments. Deborah’s long history of involvement with the Internet Council includes leading the WEB/TEL workgroup and serving as the Marketing and Communications Committee Coordinator. She also previously served on the NACHA Electronic Check Council steering committee as Co-chair of ECC’s Communications Workgroup. She served as a member of NACHA’s Communications and Marketing Advisory Group. Deborah has contributed to advancing the ACH industry through a variety of industry initiatives, such as NACHA's Payments Conference Planning Committee, NACHA's Marketing Management Group, and by serving as Vice-Chair of the Payments Executives Forum's Marketing committee and participating on the American Payroll Association's ACH Advisory Committee. Deborah has been an industry leader in advancing faster payments as a member of the Faster Payments Task Force and the Governance Framework Formation Team.
Deborah is a recognized speaker, presenting at national and regional venues and is a frequent contributor to a wide variety of magazines and trade publications. She earned the prestigious AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designation in 2001. Deborah holds a degree in Communications from Northwestern University. She continued her education with Master’s level courses in Organizational Change Leadership at the University of Wisconsin, and earned executive certificates from Cornell University and University of Southern California.
Jenny Roland-Vlach is a Compliance Analyst, Advanced, for Jack Henry & Associates’ Gladiator IT Regulatory Compliance group. In her current role, she is responsible for assisting financial institutions with developing and maintaining their IT and information security policies and risk management efforts. She possesses 13 years of experience working both in and with community financial institutions and also holds CISM certification.
Patrick True is Risk Manager, Lending Solutions Division. Patrick is a 25 year veteran of the financial industry. He started his career with Commerce Union Bank in 1986 as a commercial lending officer. As Commerce Union eventually became Bank of America, Pat managed portfolios up to $100 million dollars as well as central underwriting functions for the bank’s Tennessee small business and SBA lending units. He is a graduate of Belmont University with a master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Pat began his current position in 1995 and now serves as a Risk Manager for ProfitStars’ commercial lending solutions. He is the author of numerous banking journal articles as well as a motivational book recalling eight years he worked as a riverboat pilot on the Cumberland River prior to his banking career.
