Tammy Bangs celebrated 14 years with JHA in 2015 and has 10 years of community banking experience. She has been hosting Educational Risk Mitigation Seminars for FI’s from coast to coast encouraging community bankers to engage in conversations with their peer banks and vendors about how best to mitigate risks within their own institutions.
Amy Aldrich is a Product Specialist with Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., specializing in internet banking, bill pay, and mobile banking products. Prior to joining Jack Henry 5 ½ years ago, Amy worked in commercial lending, new business development, and as a staff accountant at a community bank in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been active in the banking industry for over ten years. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Karen Crumbley is a Product Manager within the IT Regulatory Compliance department of Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars Solution. Karen boasts over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. Her key duties at Gladiator include providing consulting assistance to financial institution clients concerning regulatory compliance initiatives and information security awareness training.
Brad Dahlman is responsible for product management,
implementation, and support of profitability and pricing solutions within
Profitstars. This includes branch, product, customer profitability, and loan
and deposit pricing. In this role, he has broad responsibility for product
direction, implementation, consulting, and support.
He has 20 years of experience in mid-sized financial
institutions; working in finance, audit operations, and technology. His last
three positions prior to joining Profitstars were SVP-Operations and Technology
positions at mid-sized community banks in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
Brad was a founder of the Relationship Profitability
Management (RPM) product, which Profitstars purchased in 2005. Since joining
Profitstars that year, his role has expanded to include all profitability and
pricing solutions. He has personally been involved with the installation of
these products at over 100 institutions.
Dave Foss was named President of Jack Henry & Associates in July of 2014. Prior to that, he was the President of ProfitStars.
David began his career in 1985 at NCR as a Systems Engineer installing and supporting core and ancillary banking solutions. He joined Advanced Computer Systems (ACS) in 1989 as a Sales Manager marketing banking solutions to community banks in the upper Midwest. In 1993, David left community banking to become BancTec’s Vice President of Professional Services and later Vice President of Operations managing large remittance processing solutions. He became Vice President of Sales for community banking at BancTec in 1997. In 1999 he arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to Jack Henry and Associates, joining JHA at that time. From 1999 to the inception of ProfitStars in 2003, he served a dual role as president of the Open Systems group and general manager of the Complementary Solutions group. He was president of ProfitStars from 2004 until 2014 when he was named President of Jack Henry & Associates. David holds a degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and three sons.
is the Director of Bank Sales for ProfitStars Commercial Lending Solutions division. In this role, Maury oversees seven Bank Sales Executives that provide lending solutions to 6,000 banks across the country. Prior to assuming this role, Maury spent 7 years as the Western Regional Manager for ProfitStars managing six Business Development Managers and oversaw 75 licensed banks.
Maury joined ProfitStars with 20+ years of experience in commercial lending and executive banking positions with both national and community banks. While in banking, Maury successfully operated ProfitStars Business Manager Program at two different banks. In addition to his bank positions, Maury was also National Sales Manager with two different companies that worked with CEOs and Senior Loan Officers of community banks across the United States, providing them with effective loan decision software solutions.
Jackie Marshall is Director of IT Regulatory Compliance for Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars solution. She is responsible for developing and maintaining IT regulatory/compliance-oriented products and services for financial institutions throughout the nation. With more than 24 years of business experience in the financial services industry, Jackie has extensive knowledge of IT regulatory compliance. As a recognized expert, she skillfully guides clients through state and federal compliance regulations, industry standards, and audit recommendations for IT and security issues.
Deborah Phillips is the ProfitStars Director of Payments Strategies. She is actively involved in various industry councils, currently serving on the NACHA Communications and Marketing Advisory Group and as Vice-Chair of the NACHA Internet Council. Deborah is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences, and contributes to a wide variety of magazines and trade publications. Her industry experience includes serving as director of marketing and member services at SWACHA - The Electronic Payments Resource and as vice president of marketing for a large transaction processing company. Deborah earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University and a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University.
Kevin Moland manages remote deposit and payment products for ProfitStars, a Jack Henry company, where he brings to bear nearly three decades of experience designing online financial applications. Early in his career, Kevin managed bank operations for community financial institutions, specializing in back-office processing systems and electronic banking programs. Since joining the financial software industry in 1993, Kevin has been a key player in the online services revolution, providing product direction and software design oversight for some of the nation’s premier online banking and commercial payment vendors. Kevin serves as a faculty member for the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, and he has been a featured speaker at conferences, seminars, and user group meetings throughout the United States.
Mark Messick is the Director of ProfitStars’ LendingNetwork®. As a part of the ProfitStars® Lending Solutions suite of products, the LendingNetwork provides alternative options for loan requests that financ al institutions(FIs) cannot or will not approve. Since 2002, both FIs and business influencers have relied upon this solution to deliver financing options to their clients when traditional financing hasn’t been successful.
Prior to taking over the LendingNetwork in 2008, Mark worked directly with business owners as a trusted advisor to find working capital solutions through community-based financial institutions across the country. Mark began his career in finance and banking in 1993 with Union Planters Bank.
Mark, his wife Alicia, and their five children call Nashville, Tennessee home. With an earnest desire to revolutionize the lending industry, Mark works tirelessly to bring innovation, technology, and relationships together in an effort to improve the experience for lenders, business owners, and trusted advisors.
Patrick True is Risk Manager, Lending Solutions Division. Patrick is a 25 year veteran of the financial industry. He started his career with Commerce Union Bank in 1986 as a commercial lending officer. As Commerce Union eventually became Bank of America, Pat managed portfolios up to $100 million dollars as well as central underwriting functions for the bank’s Tennessee small business and SBA lending units. He is a graduate of Belmont University with a master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Pat began his current position in 1995 and now serves as a Risk Manager for ProfitStars’ commercial lending solutions. He is the author of numerous banking journal articles as well as a motivational book recalling eight years he worked as a riverboat pilot on the Cumberland River prior to his banking career.
Lee Wetherington, AAP, is Director of Strategic Insight for ProfitStars, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., and provider of best-of-breed solutions that improve the performance of financial institutions of all sizes and charters, and diverse corporate entities.
